A dlightful tea/coffee snacks, that can be kept in a air free bag for two weeks. You're gonna love it!
INGREDIENTES:
Eggs |
2 |
Milk |
100 ml |
Oil |
50 ml |
Baking Powder |
8gr(1teaspoon) |
Sugar |
170 gr |
Flour |
400 gr |
Anise powder |
1/2 teaspoon |
METHOD:
- Beat eggs with the sugar until it becomes fluffy.
- When all beaten, add milk, oil and anise powder and mix it again.
- Now, gradually add the flour and baking powder.
- Knead the mixture till its all smooth. Don't harden the dough, keep it light.
- Leave it to set for 30 minutes.
- On a side, put the oil for frying.
- Use oil to shape the dought into "donut shape" and deep fry them till it gets light golden.
- As soon as you get them out of oil after frying, pour little sugar on the top.
