Roasted Veggies and Chicken

Here I come yet another easy and quick recipe, perfect for lunch box. Also, for people who are on weight lose diet.

INGREDIENTS:
  •  Potato
  •  Eggplant
  •  Onion
  •  Chicken breast piece
  •  Bolied macronis
  •  Carrot
  •  Tomato
  •  Pickles
  •  Olive Oil
  •  Salt 
  •  Black Pepper
  •  Peprika powder
  •  Vinegar
  •  Mayonesse (optional)
 
 Note: you can use any other vegetables you like. Suggestions: zucchini, carrot, capcicums, brokoli, etc.
