Chicken Veg Burger

Here' s the recipe created by myself that arose from a improvisation of the things I had in the fridge. It turned out to be the one of the yummiest burgers I've eaten in my life. Plus it was healthy and a proper meal. There's nothing mysterious in it as you'll see. And the best part it, you can add and remove any ingredient you like. This is why there won't be a specific list of ingredients, just the process of making it. Let's start! First put some mayonaise on the lower part of the bun. I love mayo, that's why I use it alot. Diet concious people may avoid it. Next thing to put on is some grilled chicken. You can also use leftovers too ;) What comes now is some salad: lettuce, tomatoe and cucumber. What I did was to add another piece of lower bun to make the burger large and to, of course, add more delicious ingredients. On that bunn, apply the mayo again. Today I'm going to share a KFC style fish burger. Of course, you can choose chicken fillets instead of fish. The rest would be the same. The result is such a great combination of crunchy fish inside and a soft toasted burger outside with some mayonese salad. INGREDIENTS For fish: Fish Fillets Fish masala Salt Peprica Garlic Powder Ginger Powder Soya Sauce Vinegar Flour Bread crumbs Corn flakes Eggs the rest: Pickles Salt Black Pepper Burger bunns Mayonese Ketchup PREPARATION 1 . First of all, you have to marinate the fish in a bowl with all the spieces: salt, peprica, fish masala, garlic & ginger powder, soya sauce and vinegar. Leave with for minimun an hour. 2. Today I’ll post a recipe quite new to me. I made it last Friday, and it was pretty well done. to be honest :) If you ever made pizza, it is going to be very easy for you. Here you have the complete recipe for this delicious pizza burger. INGREDIENTS: * Dough: 250 gr. milk 25 gr. olive oil 25 gr. fresh yeast 500 gr. flour 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano ground black pepper * Filling: 100 gr. onion 2 tablespoons oil 2 cloves of garlic 200 gr. mince 150 gr. tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 egg fo painting oregano and grated cheese PREPARATION: * To make the dough together all ingredients except milk, and gradually start adding milk until you get a soft dough.
