Spanish Potatoes' Tortilla

Potatoes' Tortilla, tortilla de patatas in Spanish, is an omelette made of essentially egg and potatoes.


The recipe I am sharing here is NOT a typical Spanish Tortilla. It's just another version of many out there. Despite of not being traditional one, it's definitely a delicious one. :D


INGREDIENTS

6 eggs2 Potatoes (big size)1 onion 1 green chili/pepperSaltPepperSpicesOil 
METHOD
Cut the potatoes, onion and green pepper in small thin pieces. 

On a wide pan, add a good amount of oil. When it starts getting hot, add potatoes, onion and green chili to it. Stir it often, don't let the mixture stick on the pan. 


Add salt and black pepper to it. For more taste, add some spices: tumeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder.  



Let it cook until the potato is well done. Keep stirring is when its a little extra done. Then, turn off the flame and let it cool.

Aside, in a bowl beat the eggs and some more spices.



Add the cool potato's mixture to the beaten eggs and mix it well.

Microwave Mug Cake

OMG This is such an easy and quick recipe I've ever made related to baking. It is basically a snack size chocolate cake baked in microwave oven. It only takes around 2-3 minutes (depends on your microwave oven). So here you have the complete recipie of it.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp of Oil
  • 4 tbsp of Milk
  • 3 tbsp of Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbsp of Sugar
  • 4 tbsp of Flour
  • A pinch of Baking Powder
METHOD:
As it is called 'Cup-Cake', so we are going to make it in a cup. Take a cup of big size. You can see mine below.
We'll start with beating a egg in the cup. Next we'll add all the ingredients one by one and always beating before adding the new ingredient.

 1) Beat the Egg                                         2)  Add the Oil                                        3)Add the Milk    
4) Add the Cacao Powder                   5) Add the Sugar                     6)Add the Flour and Baking Powder
Mix it all properly and bake it in the microwave oven for about 2 to 3 minutes. Make sure your cup is big enough so its content doesn't come out. 
The result will be quite like this:
 Now the cake is ready. It's recomendable to eat it right in that moment. Not to leave it for later, cause the cakes baked in micrwave oven end up being very sticky. So just make it and serve!
You can eat it right in the cap with a spoon adding on the top some fresh cream or chocolate sauce or bring it out in a plate and server as you please.
