Spanish Potatoes' Tortilla

Potatoes' Tortilla, tortilla de patatas in Spanish, is an omelette made of essentially egg and potatoes.

The recipe I am sharing here is NOT a typical Spanish Tortilla. It's just another version of many out there. Despite of not being traditional one, it's definitely a delicious one. :D


6 eggs2 Potatoes (big size)1 onion 1 green chili/pepperSaltPepperSpicesOil 
Cut the potatoes, onion and green pepper in small thin pieces. 

On a wide pan, add a good amount of oil. When it starts getting hot, add potatoes, onion and green chili to it. Stir it often, don't let the mixture stick on the pan. 

Add salt and black pepper to it. For more taste, add some spices: tumeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder.  

Let it cook until the potato is well done. Keep stirring is when its a little extra done. Then, turn off the flame and let it cool.

Aside, in a bowl beat the eggs and some more spices.

Add the cool potato's mixture to the beaten eggs and mix it well. 


Beef Burger

Here is a classic and delicious Burger recipe. Most famous and common burger that, as usual, can have as many as changes you want.

The main part of this burger is the ham inside, I used beef mince for it. After making the ham the rest is all easy and creative. Use the salad ingredients you like.

On the first place toast the bunns, it always gives a better and professional touch to burgers and sandwiches. Aply on each half of the bunn ketchup and mayonese:
