Beef Burger

Here is a classic and delicious Burger recipe. Most famous and common burger that, as usual, can have as many as changes you want.


The main part of this burger is the ham inside, I used beef mince for it. After making the ham the rest is all easy and creative. Use the salad ingredients you like.

On the first place toast the bunns, it always gives a better and professional touch to burgers and sandwiches. Aply on each half of the bunn ketchup and mayonese:

Fish Burger

Today I'm going to share a KFC style fish burger. Of course, you can  choose chicken fillets instead of fish. The rest would be the same.

The result is such a great combination of crunchy fish inside and a soft toasted burger outside with some mayonese salad.


INGREDIENTS

For fish:

PREPARATION

1. First of all, you have to marinate the fish in a bowl with all the spieces: salt, peprica, fish masala, garlic & ginger powder, soya sauce and vinegar.

Leave with for minimun an hour.


2. On other side, cut all the pickles very finely.

Optional: onion, tomatoe, carrot and other salad ingredient.


3. Mix all above in a bowl with mayonese, salt and black pepper.



4. Time to fry the fish. For it, you need to have three plates, each of them with different ingredient in it:

Pizza

When it comes to pizza, there are so many recipes out there to follow. Firstly, because there are lots of variety of it. From the stuffing you may choose to the base (thin, thick, crisp, etc). You will find thousands of varieties of pizzas in the market.

The best, of course, for me is the one made at home. Served right after getting it out from the ove. Yum yum!

Here it is the way I make it.


INGREDIENTS

For dough:


1 kg Flour25 gr Fresh baking powder or 2 tble spoons Yeast 2 tble spoons Oil1 tea spoon Salt1 tble spoon sugarWarm Water For Stuffing:

So here it begins.
The first thing you have to do is make the dough and let it rise for a couple of hours minimum. Wait until it rises the double. If you are using Yeast instead of fresh Baking Powder, let the yeast in half of cup warm water and leave it for 5 minutes. After that add it to the flour.

Super Bowl Style Burger

Watching a site on internet about Super Bowl I got to know about the common food of it. And I must say all of them had an amazing look, they all looked delicious and spicey. So that night making dinner I thought of trying the Super Bowl sandwiches style and this is what I came through with:

The process was very simple but with a lot of steps. It took time making them (for 7 menmbers!!!!) but the result worth the time. The Super Bowl recipes were mostly with Pork, I used chicken instead. I think any meat would work.

All you need is to put the meat with salt, pepper, hot spicey sauce (and whatever spices you like) with water and boil it till it is extremely done. You can also cook it in the oven, in that case you wouldn´t need water, the sauce will do its job.


Meanwhile the chicken is being cooked, cut all the vegetables. In my case, I used red and green capsicums, cucumber, tomatoe, onion, sweet corn and cabbage.

Peshawari Naan

Naan is a pakistani flatbread baked in special kind of ovens.

Not being able to draw upon the chance to eat all the traditional and declicious food anytime you feel like to is one of the biggest disadvantage of leaving Pakistan.
(Obviously this is not the only "disadvantage").

So apart from many versions made at home, this was so new to me. My mom told me it's made in Peshawar (a pakistan's region). It was not only yummy but also had a beautifl shinning looks. So thought of sharing it! :)

Spicy Cupcakes

Okay so as this is a recipe I kind of made myself (doesn't mean it did not existe already), I didn't know how to name it. And being cupcakes so in now a days, let's call it Spicy Cupcakes :P
Obviously easy recipe, just a little laborious. Worth the effort though! ;)

INGREDIENTS:

 *For dough:

2 cups of Flour2 Eggs2 tbsp oil1 tsp baking powder½ tsp salt½ tsp black pepper1 pinch of oreganowater *Filling: ChickenMushroomsSpiciesCheeseEggsMETHOD: For the dough, mix all the ingredients except the water. Then add water slowly till you get a soft dough.
   2.  Boil the chicken with a little salt. Then cut into pieces (better result if done with hands). Cook it again             with a table spoon oil and spicies as taste. Cut the mashroom in little squares.

Nutella Cupcakes

This is my first time making cupcakes and honestly I am satidfied with the result :D They were very easy to make and so much delicious!

Here's the recipe, this will make around 24 cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS: • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350 ºF/170 ºC. Using a stand mixer, combine all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) and mix. Turn mixer to low and add eggs, vanilla, oil, water and buttermilk. Mix until combined. Line muffin/cupcake pan with liners and place a tablespoon of batter in the bottom of the well. Repeat until all wells are filled and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
