A Healthy Dinner You Must Try

This is one of those nights when you don't know what to have for dinner. You don't have the energy to prep a proper full cooked meal but you also don't want to have the greasy fast food. Well, here I leave a quick easy and, most importantly, healthy diet friendly recipe.


  • 1 cup of boiled Red Beans (you can use any other type of bean)
  • Half onion (small size)
  • Half tomato
  • Half cucumber
  • 1 carrot 
  • Half avocado
  • Lettuce
  • Half apple
  • Salt
  • Musturd paste


Chop all the vegetable in small cubes, mix them with the beans, salt and musuturd paste. And viola! Easy said and easy done.
