Healthy Fish and Chips

So you must have heard about British famous fish and chips. If not, I tell you that's all about fried crispy fish and finger chips. And I'm not saying that's not tasty, in fact, it is. But on this post I'll be sharing my own "Fish and Chips", which is much healthier fir sure.   😍

This post won't be a ingredientes/method one. Because the ingredients and the amount of it will depend on how many of you're on the table.

Of course, the main ingredients could be mentioned:
  • While Fish
  • Potatoes
  • Green Chatni
Yes, the basics are these.

Step 1: Prepare the fish

Clean the fish, remove the head and the tail (leave it, if you don't mind).

Make a certical cut like shown below. Put on salt, black pepper, chopped garlic and some lemmon slices.

Step2 : All set to go in the oven: 

Step 3. Make your favourite salad to join with

Step 4. Assemble the dish.

Pick any sause/chutni you like to accompany. Also you can add some baked potatoes to make it a perfect 5 star dish 👌😍
