HUMMUS

If you follow my page, you've for sure have seen my other recipe Red Pepper Hummus. But the one I'm sharing today is the BASIC one. It's one of my favourite snack/meal ever. I mean you can eat it as a proper meal, in fact ideal for some weight lose diet; but also it can be served as snaks!!!

Here's me sharing my recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiled Chickpeas
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Vinager or lemon juice
It may look like there are a lot of ingredients you need, but they are so basics that you won't have to go for shopping to make the recipe. All you need is boiled chickpeas that you can boil yourself or buy the bottled ones. The rest of the ingredients are a must have at home.

Let’s get started!


Put all the ingredients in the mixer/grinder.  YES, EASY AS IT SOUNDS.

Grind it all until it becomes a thick paste. Add a little amount of water if necessary.
And viola! It's ready. Add some more sesame seed on the top, a little olive oil and olives. Enoy it with crispy peeta bread or nachos for best taste. 💓😊

Plain Cake

In the line of sharing some basics, here I come with another basic plain cake recipe. This is a forever hit, plus it's easy and quick to make. This is the recipe I started my baking with, also the one I have given to anyone who has asked me for simple plain cake.

INGREDIETNS:

METHOD:
The main thing about this recipe is beating the all the ingredients. But, of course, it has an order. First beat the eggs with the sugar.
When the eggs and sugar are properly beaten -you'll know that beacuase it will become a fluffy light yellow mixter-, add the yougurt. Beat it.
Then, add the oil and the juice. Beat it again.
Finally add the flour, baking powder and the salt.
When it's all mixed well, add the vanilla essence and mix with a spatula (don't beat it). And also add, if you want to, the nuts or any…

Chicken Nuggets with Sesame seeds

METHODCut the chicken in square pieces.
In a bowl mix the chicken with all the above ingredients: salt, red chili powder, paprika, coriander powder, garlic and ginger powder, soya sauce, vinager and the beaten egg.
Let it marinate for minimum 1 hour. 
In another bowl mix the bread crumbs with the sesame seeds in equal quantity and add a little bit of same dry spices. 
Now, all you have to do is coat eachsquare of the marinated chicken with the bread crubs and sesame seeds mixture. 
I recomend to coat all the chicken first and let it fix in the freezer for half an hour. 
In a pan let the oil go hot and fry the chicken on medium heat till they get golden brown.
Serve them hot and crispy ;)


Cheesy Nachos

INGREDIENTS FOR CHILI CON CARNE
2 tablespoons chopped onion2 tablespoons chopped red pepper4 tablespoons minceSaltRed chili powderTumeric powder2 Cups of Tomato sauce1 tablespoon oil



Cook the chopped onion and pepper in the hot oil. When they get soft, add the mince and the spicies. Next, add the tomato sauce and let it cook till the quantity gets half.
NOTE: Add the chilli powder according to taste. If you like it too spicy, you can also add other comercial chili sauce.
