What happens when you love pasta and cheese? You mix them both, yes! and here's the result:
- Tomato paste
- Boneless chicken
- Boiled Chickpeas
- Red and green capsicums
- Soya sauce
For White Sauce:
- Cream / Milk
- Black pepper
The first thing you have to do is boil the Pasta, strain it and let it cool.
On the other pan, start making the SALSA. Fry 2 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic. Before it turns brown, add chicken already cut in small square pieces.
When the chicken starts getting the color white, add the spices and let it cook for 5 mins,
Add the capsicums and onion also cut in small squares. Stir it all for few minutes, then add quite alot of the tomato paste and let it cook for 10 mins. All the contain must be filled in the paste.
This is the result after being cooked for 10 minutes.
While the salsa is getting cooked, on the other pan make the white sauce. For the white sauce, start melting 1 tablespoon of the butter in the frying pan, then add the 2 tablespoons of flour.
When the flour gets sticky, pour the cream (or milk) slowly without stiring it. It's important to never stop stiring it so it doesn't stick on the pan. When it gets thicker add salt and black pepper and leave it aside.
With everything have prepared, all that is left is to set all the material. First grease with oil or butter the mold. Mix a cup of boiled chickpeas in the macaronnis and lay them all on the butterd mold.
Pour the Salsa on it so it covers all the dish.
And then the White Sauce.
Finally the cheese on the top and bake it in the oven for 10 mins on 180 ºC.
And viola! Super yummy Cheesy Pasta is ready!!!!!
