Pizza Burger

 Today I’ll post a recipe quite new to me. I made it last Friday, and it was pretty well done. to be honest :)  If you ever made ​​pizza, it is going to be very easy for you.
Here you have the complete recipe for this delicious pizza burger.
* Dough:
  • 250 gr. milk
  • 25 gr. olive oil
  • 25 gr. fresh yeast
  • 500 gr. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ground black pepper
* Filling:
  • 100 gr. onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 gr. mince
  • 150 gr. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg fo painting
  • oregano and grated cheese
* To make the dough together all ingredients except milk, and  gradually start adding milk until you get a soft dough. Let it rise in a warm place until it has got double size.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
* For the filling: chop the garlic and onions. Fry some chopped garlic in oil. When they are golden brown, add the mince, salt and black pepper. After 5 minutes add the chopped onion. Stir it well and then pour the tomato sauce. Let it cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Turn off the heat and leave to cool.
* When the dough is double,  sprinkle the workbench with a little flour, remove the air from the dough, stretch it with the roller leaving it thin and cut into circles (the dough will shrink a little, so do not cut it very small).
* Paint the edges of each circle with beaten egg, will help us to link the two circles. Add a spoon of the filling and some cheese and cover it with another circle of dough, pressing the edges to seal. Cover them and let weigh about 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 180 º C.
* After 20 minutes, paint the surface with egg, sprinkle oregano and grated cheese.

* Bake 20-25 minutes at 180 º C.
NOTE: For the filling we can add more things, such as mushrooms, boiled egg, chopped olives, etc.

METHODCut the chicken in square pieces.
In a bowl mix the chicken with all the above ingredients: salt, red chili powder, paprika, coriander powder, garlic and ginger powder, soya sauce, vinager and the beaten egg.
Let it marinate for minimum 1 hour. 
In another bowl mix the bread crumbs with the sesame seeds in equal quantity and add a little bit of same dry spices. 
Now, all you have to do is coat eachsquare of the marinated chicken with the bread crubs and sesame seeds mixture. 
I recomend to coat all the chicken first and let it fix in the freezer for half an hour. 
In a pan let the oil go hot and fry the chicken on medium heat till they get golden brown.
Serve them hot and crispy ;)

Cheesy Nachos

2 tablespoons chopped onion2 tablespoons chopped red pepper4 tablespoons minceSaltRed chili powderTumeric powder2 Cups of Tomato sauce1 tablespoon oil

Cook the chopped onion and pepper in the hot oil. When they get soft, add the mince and the spicies. Next, add the tomato sauce and let it cook till the quantity gets half.
NOTE: Add the chilli powder according to taste. If you like it too spicy, you can also add other comercial chili sauce.

Fish Burger

Today I'm going to share a KFC style fish burger. Of course, you can  choose chicken fillets instead of fish. The rest would be the same.

The result is such a great combination of crunchy fish inside and a soft toasted burger outside with some mayonese salad.

1. First of all, you have to marinate the fish in a bowl with all the spieces: salt, peprica, fish masala, garlic & ginger powder, soya sauce and vinegar.

Leave with for minimun an hour.

2. On other side, cut all the pickles very finely.

Optional: onion, tomatoe, carrot and other salad ingredient.

3. Mix all above in a bowl with mayonese, salt and black pepper.

4. Time to fry the fish. For it, you need to have three plates, each of them with different ingredient in it:
