Here’s an easy way to prepare the Brownie. The flavor will vary slightly depending on the chocolate used. I make it with a very dark chocolate which gives a slightly bitter taste that not everyone likes. So, choose the chocolate that you like, but always a cooking Chocolate.
Butter 50 gr Chocolate 200 gr Cream 100 mL Eggs 3 Flour 75 gr Baking powder 1/2 tsp Sugar 100 gr Chopped walnuts 100 ggr Salt 1 pinch
The process begins melting the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. When it´s completely melted, remove from heat and add the cream.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. After beating it well, add the flour, baking powder and salt.

In a bowl mix the chicken with all the above ingredients: salt, red chili powder, paprika, coriander powder, garlic and ginger powder, soya sauce, vinager and the beaten egg. Let it marinate for minimum 1 hour. In another bowl mix the bread crumbs with the sesame seeds in equal quantity and add a little bit of same dry spices. Now, all you have to do is coat eachsquare of the marinated chicken with the bread crubs and sesame seeds mixture. I recomend to coat all the chicken first and let it fix in the freezer for half an hour. In a pan let the oil go hot and fry the chicken on medium heat till they get golden brown. Serve them hot and crispy ;)
